Carolina Santiago is the founder of CSB Fine Arts, a gallery in New York City dedicated to promoting contemporary Latin American and Puerto Rican artists. She brings more than two decades of international experience across finance, project management, licensing, and the arts, combining rigorous business expertise with a deep commitment to cultural representation.
Her career began in the financial sector, where she served as a Risk Analyst and Assistant Vice President at Banco Santander and later at JP Morgan. In these roles, she specialized in market risk management, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance, developing a strong foundation in analysis, leadership, and client relations.
Carolina later transitioned into the art world as a Business and Project Manager with Museum Masters International, where she coordinated exhibitions, licensing programs, and international partnerships. She oversaw major cultural projects across Europe, South America, and the United States, including film festivals, museum exhibitions, and design installations. Her work included managing contracts, licensing agreements, and collaborations with artists, studios, and estates, always with an eye toward building long-term cultural and commercial value.
In founding CSB Fine Arts, Carolina united her dual expertise in business and art to create a platform that advances underrepresented voices in the contemporary art market. Through the gallery, she works closely with artists, collectors, and interior designers, cultivating opportunities that expand recognition of Puerto Rican and Latin American creativity. Her mission is to foster meaningful cultural dialogue while connecting artists with the audiences and institutions that will ensure their work has lasting impact.
